Gastronomic Adventures at Vue de Monde.



Kangaroo charcuterie.




Compressed cucumber, tuna and wasabi roll.




"Heide vegetable garden".




Trout with horseradish and baby beetroot (and beetroot foam?), smoked at the table.




Sautéed kohlrabi, tapioca pickled with cassis and cucumber juice.




Truffle risotto.




Roasted marron with bisque glaze served on hot river stone.




Western plains pork with "flavours of the earth".




Slow-cooked pigeon.




Cheese with crouton.




"Lollipop" on a shot of homemade lemonade.





Carrot cake.




Chocolate soufflé with chocolate mousse and crème anglaise.
